Everything exceeded my expectations. This was my first hotel stay alone with my 7 year old, to spend some quality time together. He LOVED it. I don't think we could have found a better place for our stay. The staff was so lovely, so many small little extras that made him excited. Free candy in the reception area, a popcorn machine in the evening, breakfast with a pancake machine and Nutella dispenser. He won a free drink at the bar at the wheel of fortune! Watching TV from the bed. A huge bathrobe for after showering. He is still talking about it now that we are home. I am planning to come back with my youngest next year :-) They arranged an alternative for the missing pool since we already booked half a year ago when it was functional which was great, hopefully next year we can try out their own pool!

Rooms in the old part - actually a nice suprise - very spacious (massive single beds and very good matresses), clean and didn't feel old at all :-) Coffee machine Super location - very central Decent prices in the hotel bar Swimming pool option Car park in the hotel (cheaper than outside) Breakfast - plenty of excellent variety - unfortunately not young enough to be able to enjoy it to the fullest :-)

Location - Autostadt can be reached by foot, breakfast was very good, day of our visit was very hot and it was very nice to have a free chilled drinks and cakes (and coffee or tee if you want) in the lobby. Nice surprise was a coffee maker in the room.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating as they allowed us to drop our bags despite arriving before check-in. The room was very spacious and located in a relatively quiet area. I'd also say the hotel was fairly priced.

The hotel is located in a good location, close to Aldi, public transport - bus, close gass station. The hotel had a swimming pool, a bar and a restaurant open from 17:00 to 00:00. The breakfast was very tasty, everything was fresh (bread, rolls, cold meat, yellow cheese, bree, fruit, vegetables: tomato, cucumber, olives, muesli, milk, yogurt, salads, scrambled eggs, bacon, cake, jam). The reception staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Paid parking at the hotel. Close to sightseeing. The room was large and the bathroom (towels, hairdryer, soap, bath gel) + kettle for tea/coffee, Wifi, heating. I heartily recommend it this Hotel :)

Nice big room and a pool. Good breakfast with cappuchino machine, pancake machine and butter machine!? :) Phaeno is worth to visit with kids (have been in many science museums and this is one of the best.) Excellent and popular Turkish restaurant in walking distance (Deriks grill).

The accommodation and stay at this hotel were fine and met my expectations. I will definitely use your services again in the future. The hotel was clean, very well-equipped, and everything was fine except for the check-in process.

Great room, the receptionist on the afternoon shift on the day of check-in was very helpful. Unlike the ones of the morning shift, no flexibility at all. Breakfast was great, including the service of the staff.

Great breakfast. The room was very comfortable. Secure parking. Pleasant walk into town and Thai food market in the nearby square on this weekend. Fantastic price.

Excellent place for work travel and delegation, suitable to do some work in the room, but the internet speed in the area is horrible. Nothing to compare to other EU countries, I still cannot explain why. So - great place, only wifi internet is not fast, and mobile internet is only good for texting. All else was OK, breakfast can't let you down, matraces and lining are clean and fresh. Good rest is possible while travelling.
